Requirement Gathering Tips
Without understanding the requirements, you can not complete project 100%. Need to follow few tips to get maximum and full requirements:
- Read again and again the provided description of project
- Write down all points which are in your mind or you want to ask to your client
- Try to set a meeting with client on CHAT, Voice Chat or Face to Face meeting
- In meeting, try to explore client about the idea or specifications of project
- Do not ask about the solutions, give him/her all possible solutions so he/she can think and explore his/her self and then give suggestions that what exactly is required
- Also, ask that client is trying to launch as business or as product (SAS – Software as Service) So you can easily change the model of project
- Try to explore with client, “WHAT” not “HOW”
Using above tips, project description will be much cleared and you can get the accurate solution of your client.
